Information Night
Our Information Nights consist of a panel of active members who give you a better understanding of who we are and what we do. We go over our professional development activities, Community Involvement, and Marketing projects. Come join us to learn more about Zeta Xi!
Interview
The next step is each potential member is required to interview with a few leaders of the chapter. This will give us a better understanding of your career goals and how PSE can benefit you! You will gain critical interview skills by going through our process!
New Member Development
Once you go through our interview you have almost made it to the end! Our New Member Development days are designed to start you on your professional development journey! These consist of fun team bonding activities, professional development topics, and all about who PSE at a National level! Zeta Xi has developed three days that are mandatory in order to be officially initiated into our chapter!
Initiation
The last step in our process is Initiation. This is a special night where you officially become a member of Pi Sigma Epsilon and into the Zeta Xi family! Initiation is our last event that is made to celebrate you for making it through our whole recruitment process!
